As our school, and in particular, our class moves into the future and grows, we are constantly looking at new ways to learn.

Moving forward, we are looking at how to integrate necessary life skills for today's modern world into our daily curriculum. This, in addition to students having armed themselves with good habits and solid routines will give

them courage to step out into an uncertain world.

In our class, students have learned how to be more autonomous. With guidance and mentoring, our learners

have started taking on the responsibility of being in charge

of their own daily lives. From scheduling their days, creating activities to planning and coordinating events, our learners have been able to identify their own personal, and group, needs. Through their own resourcefulness, they have become self-sufficient at problem solving and finding the answers they need.

Our middle school runs as a dual learning path class. First and foremost we run an English based curriculum set around textbooks that are aligned with American Common Core Standards. We offer a variety of sciences, geography, history, ESL, reading and writing classes in English.

​

Our Chinese learning path offers sciences, geography, history, math and Chinese language classes.

​

We are always looking into ways of implementing more English and we are doing this in our extra curricular activities such as on our farm and in our microgreens grow room.
